Refund Policy:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available for products that are returned in their original condition within 5 days of purchase.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We do not process/credit return if the item is damaged.
3. Refund Timeframe
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, refunds will take 7 days to be credited into the beneficiary’s bank account.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Incase of exchanges, we will initiate the process within 2 days of receiving the communication and the replacement will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
5. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
6. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your item.
7. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
8. Return Time Frame
In case of a approved return, your replacement will be delivered within 7 business days.
9. Opening Video
An opening video of the product is needed for proof with regards to damages. No claims will be adjusted if the product opening video is not done at the time of receiving the product.
